摘要
讨论运行中发电机转子产生突发性振动问题的机理、振动特点和诊断方法,并结合现场的分析处理实例予以阐述。认为突发性振动原因是运行中转子的油膜涡动和匝间短路、线圈膨胀受阻等引起的热不平衡。
The mechanism,features and diagnosis method of sudden vibration of turbo-generator rotor during its operation are described in this paper.Some on-site vibration analysis and trouble-shooting cases are also given out.It is concluded that the causes of sudden vibration are oil film whirl and thermal unbalance of generator rotor resulting from interturn short-circuit and hindered winding expansion etc.during operation.
