电站锅炉管道高温冲蚀磨损和涂层防护技术 被引量:26

High Temperature Erosion Wear Behavior and Thermal Spraying Protection of Utility Boiler Tubes

摘要 水冷壁、过热器、再热器及省煤器管道的飞灰高温冲蚀磨损是电站锅炉管道失效的主要原因之一。采用热喷涂金属涂层、陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷复合涂层及金属间化合物涂层等技术,能有效控制高温冲蚀磨损,是解决锅炉管道高温冲蚀磨损问题的一个经济、可行的途径。本文在分析电站锅炉管道的高温冲蚀磨损行为的基础上,综述国内外用于高温抗冲蚀热喷涂防护涂层的研究和应用进展。 The high temperature erosion of utility boiler tubes (water wall,superheater,reheater and economizer tubes)by fly ash is recognized as being one main cause of utility boiler tube failures.One economical and possible way to attack this problem is the use of thin anti-erosion coatings which can control the high temperature erosion wear effectively,such as metallic,ceramic,cermet and intermetallic coatings.In the present paper,the high temperature erosion wear behavior of boiler tubes is analyzed.And the research and development of thermal spray-ing erosion protective coatings and its application in utility boiler tubes are reviewed.
