介绍日本钟纺公司纺丝组件三甘醇(TEG)清洗技术的设备结构(包括TEG清洗槽、超声波洗涤机、计量泵测试器、恒温干燥机和检验喷丝孔设备)、操作工艺、安全要求和技术评价,以及在浙江涤纶厂的应用情况。
The equipments of triethylene glycol (TEG) spinning pack cleaning technique provided by the Kanebo Co., Japan, including TEG cleaning trough, supersonic cleaner, metering pump tester, ther-mostatic dryer and spinneret orifice inspscter etc. have been introduced, as well as the operation technology, safety requirements and the technical evaluations, subsequently, the condition of application in the polyester fiber factory of Zhejiang province has been described also.
