摘要
首先对机械系统进行动力学研究的必要性进行了说明,介绍了机械系统动力学仿真系统ADAMS,阐述了建立虚拟样机的特点,根据火炮的运动特点,划分了火炮的拓扑结构和自由度,在对火炮受力分析的基础上,结合Fortran语言编程,在ADAMS平台上建立了火炮虚拟样机。最后提出用虚拟样机技术对火炮进行故障评估和寿命预测构想,为装备质量评估提供了一条新的途径,并对虚拟样机在未来的应用前景进行了展望。
The importance of dynamic analysis of mechanical system is emphasized, the ADAMS (Automatic Dynamics Analysis of Mechanical System) platform is introduced, and the characteristics of establishing virtual prototyping model are outlined. According to the topology and joint relation between two bodies of artillery system, the degrees of freedom of artillery and the forces applied on recoil and counterrecoil mechanisms are analyzed. With the help of Fortran language, the virtual prototyping model of artillery is established by using ADAMS. Finally, the plan of fault evaluation of artillery based on virtual prototyping is brought forward, and the perspective of virtual prototyping technology is presented.
