介绍了基于计算机网络的数字智能视频监控系统的设计思路和方法,详细讨论了视频监测的智能控制的实现方法,成功地利用 VC开发32位检验数据串行接口和解码器通信,从而控制带云台的摄象头的自动运作,实现了划分CPU时间片方式的现场监测和智能报警控制同时运行该系统在武警监控系统的应用中取得了很好的效果。,
This article describes the way of intellectual digital video monitor system based on Internet, discusess the realizaton method of the intellectual controlling , this system is succeeful in using VC to develop the communication between 32 bit serial interface and decoder to contorl the vidicon with cradle head , and realize the local monitor and intelligent alarm runing at the same time by force of slicing CPU time. The system gains good effect on the application of the military policestation monitor system .
