GC/MS对敌敌畏生产的监测及工艺改进

本文应用GC/MS对敌敌畏原油产品进行测定 ,采用OV - 10 1石英毛细管柱 ,较好的分离了敌敌畏原油中的各个组分 ,并利用MSLS质谱数据检索系统对各组分定性 ,由实验结果找出了影响产品质量的因素 ,工厂据此对生产工艺进行了改进 ,使得现在敌敌畏原油生产的收率达到了 98.4 %～ 99.0 % ,含量达到 97.1%～ 97.3 % ,超过了出口标准要求。

Technic product of dichlorvos has been determined by GC/MS The components in primary liquid of dichlorvos were separated by using capillary column OV-101 and qualitatively analyzed by using MSLS Mass Spectrum Searching System According to the analytical results, The effects on the quality of products were studied and the production technology was improved Now the recovery of dichlorvos is 98 4%～99 0% and its content is 97 1%～97 3%
