摘要
原油凝固点是原油失去流动性时的温度 ,一般原油的凝固点在 2 0℃左右。静安堡油藏的原油凝固点很高 ,其凝固点为 45~ 5 4℃。高凝油油藏与其它油藏相比在储层岩性、物性、储集空间等方面有相同特性 ;但同时在高含蜡、高凝固点、低气油比等方面又有其流体特性 ,在采油过程中也有其特殊性。本文介绍静安堡高凝油油藏采油技术 ,水力活塞泵采油技术 ,同心管闭式热水循环采油技术和井下电伴热采油技术 ,对我国其它高凝油油藏的开发模式确定 ,改善采油效果 ,提高原油采收率 。
The solidification point of crude oil is the temperature in which crude oil have no fluid properties, and is usually 20℃ or so. The Jinganbao reservoir has high solidification point,45℃ ~54℃ ,comparing with the other kinds of reservoirs. The high pour point reservoirs have the similar properties in lithologies, physical properties and reservoir space with them,but it has its own fluid properties,such as high wax content, high pour point and low gas -oil ratio etc, so the oil production scheme is different from the other kinds of reservoirs. The oil pro-duction techniques for Jinganbao reservoir are deseribed in this paper, they are hydraulic piston pumping oil production, concentric pipe closed oil production with hot water circulating, and downhole heat associating by electricity oil production.
