丙涤共混阻燃纤维在熔纺过程中热稳定性表征方法的研究

摘要 本文研究了由聚丙烯(PP)、聚酯(PET)、共聚酯(PET-A)、Br-Sb-P复合阻燃剂以及复合热稳定剂组成的多元共混体热稳定和阻燃稳定的关系,进而确定了表征这种多元共混体系热稳定性的方法。结果表明,以复配造粒好的丙涤共混阻燃切片为取样材料,在空气中的热失重为重1%时的温度定名为起始分解温度未表征丙涤共混阻燃切片的热稳定性是科学的。 The relation between heat stability and flame retardation stability of the multicomoonent blend fiber which consists of PP,PET,PET-A, a composite flame retardant (Br-Sb-P) and a composite heat stabilizer has been studied and the method to characterize its heat stability was defined. With well composited PP/PET blend flame retardant chip as sample it is scientific to characterize its heat stability by initial decomposition point, which is defined as the temperature when the weight loss of sample reaches 1% on heating in the air.
