摘要
本文从深沟球轴承非接触式橡胶密封圈的作用和特点出发,基于非接触式密封轴承泄漏量公式的基本原理,并综合考虑了密封圈的加工、密封、防尘、磨损、装配等因素,对密封圈的结构进行了系统的分析。最后,给出一种最为合理的新型橡胶密封圈的结构设计,并概括了这种密封的优点。
In this paper,base on the basic principle of leakage formula for non-contact sealed bearings,the structure of seal ring is analyzed according to the ef-fect and the characteristic of non-contact rubber seal ring for deep groove ball bea-rings,and it is also considered factors of manufacture,seal,dust-proof,wear andassembly,at last,it is given to a optimum new structured design of seading andit's advantage.
