摘要
研究了六次甲基四胺 ((CH2 ) 6N4 )对 NBR/木质素混炼胶高温流变性及对硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明 :(CH2 ) 6N4 用量为 1 0份时 ,硫化胶拉伸强度和撕裂强度比未加时分别提高近 1 .5倍和 1倍 ;(CH2 ) 6N4 用量从 0份增大到 1 5份 ,硫化胶表观交联密度提高约 3 0 % ;高温混炼时共混体系的粘度随时间而延长上升 ,而且温度越高上升的幅度越大 ;DMA分析表明 ,NBR/木质素硫化胶只有一个 Tg ,(CH2 ) 6N4 用量由 5份提高到 2 0份 ,硫化胶的 Tg升高近 2℃。
The effect of (CH 2) 6N 4 on high temperature rheologica l behaviour of NBR/lignin blend and properties of its vulcanizate were studied.T he results showed that the tensile strength and tear strength of vulcanizate con taining 10 phr (CH 2) 6N 4 increased by a factor of 2.5 and 2, respect ively;when the amount of (CH 2) 6N 4 reached 15 phr from 0 phr, crosslinking density of vulcanizate increased by 30%; viscosity of the blending system was hi gher with the temperature increased, DMA analysis showed that the vulcanizate ha d only one Tg and the Tg increased 2℃ as the amount of (CH 2) 6N 4 i ncreased from 5 phr to 20 phr.
