摘要 介绍了低温等离子体技术及其表面改性装置 ,以及其在橡胶制品表面改性、表面清洁。 The low temperature plasma technology, its surf ace modifying equipments and its application in surface modification, surface cl eaning, surface coating and sterilization of rubber products were reviewed.
