烧碱蒸发控制中集散控制系统的应用

本文介绍了化学厂扩建工程中在烧碱蒸发工序成功的使用了集散控制系统(DCS)做为控制核心,对电流、电压、温度、压力、流量、液位、温差下料等多种参量进行检测、控制,应用两年多来效果较好。在控制系统的安装调试过程中遇到了许多软、硬件上的问题,一一找出原因,克服困难,使问题全部得到解决。
