摘要
文章分析了电子商务和ERP建设现状,剖析电子商务与ERP的关系,并提出电子商务与ERP整合系统的结构与实现。
In this paper the present conditions of E-commerce and ERP in China are presented the relationship between E-commerce and ERP as analysed.A model for the structure and actual realization of an integrated system of E-commerce and ERP is proposed.
