摘要
为了防止抽油泵柱塞上凡尔罩断脱 ,提高抽油泵泵效 ,对原抽油泵柱塞上凡尔罩结构及材质进行了分析。针对目前的不足 ,从结构和材质上进行了优化 ,设计了深井泵新型高效柱塞。通过现场 15 0多口井的应用资料分析 ,改进后的柱塞具有防止上凡尔罩断脱 ,提高泵效 ,适应性强等特点 。
In order to prevent the topside valve housing of the plunger from breaking and increase the pumping efficiency, we analysed the texture and material of the original and find its failure. Then we designed this new type high efficiency plunger for deep well pump by optimizating the texture and material. Having been used in over 150 wells, it was concluded that the modified topside valve hous ing of the plunger is high efficiency, not break, high suitability and the pumping efficiency is improved.
