摘要 讨论了平均电流控制的 Boost功率因数校正器中输入电流波形失真的机理 ,从理论上推导了前馈电压和输出电压中二次谐波电压对电流基准信号产生的影响 ,对前馈滤波器参数和电压反馈回路控制参数的设计进行了详细的讨论 ,采用控制芯片 UC385 4制作了一台输出功率为 2 0 0 0W的原理样机 ,通过原理样机输入电流波形的频谱分析 。 In high power factor preregulator circuits,input current distortion is mainly 3rd harmonics.The producing mechanism in Boost PFC with average current control mode is analyzed, arising from two sources:input current fails to track perfectly with the sine wine programming signal and the current programming signal is distorted by 2nd harmonics from the output voltage feedback and feed forward voltage. The methods for attenuating the 3rd harmonic current are discussed. The design of the feedforward voltage filter parameter and voltage error amplifier compensation is given. A 2 kW laboratory prototype based on control chip UC3854 is built. Experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis and the design.
