文章简要介绍了呼叫中心的概念 ,构建呼叫中心的核心技术 。
This paper provides an overview of the conception of the call center, key technology on conceiving the call center and how to realize two different system structures of the call center. In addition, the paper gives a practical callcenter example of Syneon company which includes software and hardware platform in use.
