润滑剂对新材质蜗轮副传动效率影响的试验研究

Inquiring into the effects of Lubricants on the Transmission Efficiency of Worm Gear Made from New Materials

本文通过大量的试验数据,介绍了几种润滑油对锌铝合金蜗轮传动效率和温升的影响规律,说明了以锌铝合金为材质的蜗轮副传动特性对润滑剂性能非常敏感:就同一锌铝合金蜗轮副,在其它工况条件相同下,如果选择不同的蜗轮油润滑,其传动效率可相差25%～30%。因此,合理选用润滑油在推广应用锌铝合金蜗轮的过程中,是至关重要的。

The paper describes the effects of lubricants on the transmission effic- iency and temperature rise of worm gear made by Pb-Zn alloy.Tests show that descri- bed worm gear are very sensitive to the lubricant performances.At same working conditions,transmission efficiency of same worm gear may increase or decrease by 30% if different lubcants are used.Thus reasonable selection of lubricants is very important to spread worm gear made from Pb-Zn alloy.
