摘要
利用压力容器本体接合面不附加密封元件的本体硬面密封,结构简单、可靠。但对有关设计参数加工参数敏感性极强,处理不当极易造成密封失效。现以阀门为例,详细论述了各种因素对本体硬面密封的密封性能的影响。
Pressure containers are sealed by their own hard surfaces,without
using other seals.This kind of sealing is very reliable and simple,bat rather
sensitive to design and machining parameters.Their sealing actions are ease to loss
efficacy if dealing with careless.The paper describes in detail the effects of
various factors on the sealability of hard surfaces,with valves as example.
