摘要
本文测试了新型油溶性FPS 节能减摩剂的减摩性、抗磨性、极压性等性能,并用红外光谱讨论了其分子结构与性能的关系。结果表明,8%油溶性FPS 节能减摩剂可使汽油机油的摩擦系数下降50%,抗磨性提高50%以上,最大无卡咬负荷提高1.5倍以上,齿轮承载能力提高5.7倍。
Friction-reducing antiwear and extreme pressure characteristics ofnew type oil-soluble FPS friction-reducer for energy saving were determined withfour-ball machine at different testing conditions.Molecular structure of FPS typefriction-reducer in described by IR spectra.Testing results show that frictioncoeffcient of gasoline engine oil containing 8% oil-soluble FPS type friction-reducerfor energy saving can [decrease by 50% antiwear increases by more than 50%,last nonseizure load increases by afactor of 1.5,load carrying capacity of gearincreases by a factor of 5.7,its comprehensive performances surpass other friction-reducers of solid or liquid disperse type.
