摘要
本文利用X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼的减摩作用机理。实验结果表明:①摩擦副表面膜是以MoS_2和磷酸盐为主的复合膜;②不同的摩擦试验条件使得表面膜的组成不尽相同;③表面膜内表层有单质态Mo 存在,这是一个重要的发现,在一定程度上为Mo-Fe 合金的存在提供了证据。
In this paper,the reducing friction m echanism of sulfurized oxomoly-bdenurn dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP) is studied through X-ray photoelectronspectroscopy (XPS)analysis.The results show that:①The surface film is mainlycomposed of MoS_2 and phosphate:②The composition of surface film may vary withthe frictional test conditions;③The elemental molybdenum may exist in the innerlayer of the surface film and this is a very important discovery,which can beused to verify the existence of Mo-Fe eutectic alloy.
