牛磺酸对学习与记忆障碍的改善作用 被引量:8

摘要 探讨牛磺酸制剂对D -半乳糖诱导的学习与记忆障碍的预防及改善作用 ,以及牛磺酸对脑内微量元素Zn含量的影响 .结果表明 :①药物对照组 (腹腔注射D -半乳糖共 6周 ,10d后进行行为训练 )动物学习记忆能力显著低于空白对照组和生理盐水组 (P <0 0 1) ;药物组Ⅰ (腹腔注射D -半乳糖 6周 ,并从第 3周起加注射牛磺酸制剂 )和药物组Ⅱ (腹腔注射D -半乳糖共 6周后改注射牛磺酸制剂共 10d)的学习记忆能力与空白对照组和生理盐水组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) .提示适量的外源性牛磺酸能有效地预防或改善D -半乳糖诱导的学习与记忆障碍 .②药物对照组动物脑中微量元素Zn的含量明显低于空白对照组和生理盐水组 (P <0 0 1) ;药物组Ⅰ脑内Zn的含量明显增加(P <0 0 1) ;药物组Ⅱ脑内Zn的含量高于空白对照组和生理盐水组 ,但没有统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) .提示牛磺酸预防或改善D The effects of Taurine on the harm of learning and memory that was induced by the D-galactose were investigated. The results showed that: 1.The group which had injected D-galactose had significantly diminished the number of correct response and reduced the latency of step through, but these effects were improved significantly by Taurine. 2.The content of Zn in the mice which were injected D-galactose significantly decreased as compared with that of control group, and the Taurine improved significantly this effects. These results suggested that the Taurine can improve the harm of learning and memory induced by D-galactose, which may be related to the content of Zn in brain.
