D-半乳糖对不同动物学习与记忆障碍诱导的研究

INHIBITION OF LEARNING AND MEMORY INDUCED BY D-GALACTOSE IN MICE AND RATS

采用三等分辐射式迷宫为训练模型 ,分别给小鼠、大鼠腹腔注射D -半乳糖 (5 0mg/kg .d) ,观察动物学习记忆能力的变化 .结果表明 :D -半乳糖对不同动物的学习记忆均产生抑制作用 ,但对小鼠的抑制作用似乎更明显 .表明D -半乳糖对不同的动物所诱导的学习记忆障碍有差异 。

Using the three-divide in parts's maze test, the effects of D-galactose on the learning and memory mice and rats of were investigated. The results showed that: The groups( mice or rats) which were injected with D-galactose significantly decreased the number of correct response, but the effect on mice was more significant than that on rats. These results suggested that the D-galactose can induce inhibition of learning and memory in mice or rats.
