摘要
在 Co- Al- Ti三元系中 ,设计并熔炼了一系列含 Co(Al,Ti) / (Co)的多相合金 ,试图通过在脆性的 B2型金属间化合物 Co(Al,Ti)中引入塑性的初级固溶体 (Co)来提高材料的室温塑性。通过对合金铸态和经过简单热处理态的分析 ,确定了 Co(Al,Ti) / (Co)两相区的成分范围、相平衡和相结构状况 ;并通过室温压缩实验了解了合金的变形行为 。
In the Co-Al-Ti ternary system a serie of multi-phase alloys containing Co(AI,Ti)/Co were designed and melted in order to improve the room-temperature ductility through introducing the ductile primary Co solid solution into the brittle B2-type intermetallic compound Co(AI,Ti). The composition range, the phase-equilibrium and the phase structures of the Co(AI,Ti)/Co two-phase region were established on the basis of the analysis of the as-cast and heat-treated alloys. The deformation behaviors were understood through room-temperature compression experiments, and the prospects for further development of the alloy were estimated.
