摘要
高响应两自由度电液位置伺服系统是两级电液主动隔振系统的基础。本文建立了两级电液主动隔振系统的两自由度电液位置伺服系统数学模型。利用传递函数模型和键图模型进行仿真研究 ,分析了两自由度电液位置伺服系统的频域特性和时域特性 ,证明了研制高响应两自由度电液位置伺服系统的可行性。通过实验研究 。
In order to analyze the frequence reponse and time-domain response performance of the two-degree electrohydraulic position servo system of the two-stage electrohydraulic active vibration isolation control system, the transfer function and bond graph modeling and simulating method is applied. The simulation results show that the two-degree electrohydraulic position servo system responds very fast. The experimental results show that both the transfer function model and bond graph model of the two-degree electrohydraulic position servo system are right.
