摘要
根据连续铸轧过程中铸轧辊辊套的实际工况,对铸轧辊辊套在受到铸坯周期性热冲击情况下温度分布规律进行了仿真分析,得到了在考虑铸轧辊辊套与铸坯接触界面热导时,铸轧辊辊套在不同铸轧速度时的稳态温度分布规律。
According to the actual working conditions of roller shell in the process of continuous roll-casting,simulating analysis for the temperature distribution of roller shell in the condition of periodic thermal shock is introduced.Then the steady temperature distributions of roller shell at different casting velocities have been obtained when the thermal contact conductance between roller shell and casting strip is considered.
