准晶材料/DLC涂层的摩擦磨损特性

摘要 对准晶材料/DLC涂层在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损特性进行了研究。分别就磨损载荷、摩擦速度、气氛、温度等因素对准晶材料摩擦磨损特性的影响进行了探讨;采用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射仪等对表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明,随着磨损载荷、摩擦速度的增加,摩擦因数有所减小。温度对准晶材料表面的摩擦因数影响明显比其它因素大;温度的增加明显提高其表面摩擦因数。准晶材料在350℃下的摩擦磨损机制为剥落磨损,明显不同于室温下的磨损机制。形貌观察表明,准晶材料摩擦表面均形成了不同程度的微裂纹。 Dry sliding wear betweent the polycrystalline Al 59 Cu 25.5 Fe 12.5 B 3 quasicrystals/coating of the Dia-mond-Like Carbon(DLC)is carried out by self-made tribometer under different conditions.The influences of four parameters(temperature,sliding speed,applied loading,The atmosphere)on firction and wear of qua-sicrystal surface are sutdied.In addition,the surface microstructure and the morphology have been observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction.The results show that,with rise of the applied load and sliding speed,the friction coefficient decreases.The friction coefficient is influenced greatly by the temperature and increased evidently by the rise of temperature.Delamination theory of wear mechanism at350℃is different from other condition at room temperature.Analyse of the surface morpholoygy illustrates that the microcracks form to different extern in all worm quasicrystal surface.All discussion and analyses on the results of experiment are presented in detail.
