摘要
对磁流变阻尼器件设计中值得注意的若干技术问题,如磁流变液、工作模式、磁路结构、导磁材料、线圈和机械结构体积补偿方法等进行了仔细探讨,展望了磁流变技术的应用前景,提出了今后努力的方向。
The behavior of damping devices based on magnetorheogical fluid(MR fluid)is determined by a variety of factors.In this paper,issues and their solutions in desig n of MR fluid damping devices,which are characteristics of MR flui d,working mode,magnetic circuit ,magnetic flux guide,electric coil,structure parameters,compen sation method etc.,were presented and discussed in detail.The futures of magnetorheological tech niques in engineering application w ere prospected and the directions of further developing in the field we re pointed out.
