摘要
利用原子力显微镜 (AFM)及扫描电镜 (SEM)观察并定量分析了γ(fcc)→α(bcc)马氏体相变的表面浮凸。结果表明 :{ 2 5 9} f 马氏体表面浮凸为双倾动、帐篷 (∧ )型 ,{ 5 5 7} f 马氏体的表面浮凸为“孤立岛状”浮凸群 ,{ 2 2 5 } f 马氏体表面浮凸为具有层状结构的“三角形”浮凸群 ;{ 2 5 9} f 马氏体表面浮凸的宽度、高度及浮凸角度均大于 { 2 2 5 } f 马氏体“三角形”浮凸群 ,{ 5 5 7} f 马氏体表面浮凸群的高度最小 ,其浮凸角也最小。
Surface relief of γ(fcc)→α(bcc) martensitic transformation for three kinds of Fe based alloys is observed and quantitatively analyzed with SEM and AFM. It is shown that, the surface relief of {259} f martesitic transformation is double surface and tent like, and the relief of {557} f is a cluster of isolated\|islands and the relief of {225} f is a cluster of lamellar and triangles. The height, width and relief angle of surface relief produced by {259} f martensitic transformation is larger than that of {225} f martensite, and that of {557} f martensite is the smallest.
