摘要
采用纳米压入技术测试薄膜 (涂层 )的力学性能日益受到关注。测试过程中可自动记录载荷—压深曲线 ,能够获取薄膜 (涂层 )的硬度、弹性模量、薄膜 (涂层 )自身结合强度、膜基界面结合强度、残留应力、屈服强度以及应变硬化率等力学性能数据。本文扼要介绍了纳米压入技术表征薄膜 (涂层 )
A noval Cu Cr Al 2O 3 composite material was prepared.The influence of inner oxidation temperature and powder metallurgic parameters on properties of the materials were studied.The effect of Cr addition on properties of the composite were also investigated.The results show that the dispersion of Al 2O 3 particles strengthen the matrix remarkably,and the precipitation strengthening due to a proper mount of Cr addition can funther raise the mechanical property of the composite.The hardness of Cu Cr Al 2O 3 composite materials under investigation is 144HV,with specific electric conductivity being 66 7% IACS.
