摘要
螨烷锡是我国近年来开始应用于果树、蔬菜的杀螨剂。在国际贸易中,它在水果、蔬菜中的残留均规定了严格限量。目前,国外对螨烷锡残留量的测定有气相色谱法和原子吸收法。本文建立的方法通用于水果、蔬菜中该残留物的测定。方法的要点是用二氯甲烷萃取、浓盐酸处理,经过氧化铝层析柱净化之后,以电子捕获气相色谱测定。本方法具有操作简单。
A gas chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of fenbutatin-oxide residue in fruits and vegetables.Samples are finely chopped.The organotin residue is extracted with methylene chloride,and the extract is evaporated to dryness.Then fenbutatin-oxide is acidified with HCI to convert it to itschlorinated derivative.After additional cleanup on an acid alumina column the residue is analyzed by electron capture GC.The operating conditions:glass tube(2mm id ×5cm)packed with 2% OV-17 on Gas chrom Q(80-100mesh)temperatures(℃):column 240,injector and detector 260;carrier gas (nitrogen)flow rate 80ml/min.The retention time for chlorinated jenbuta tin derivative was 4.5mm.The sensitivity was 0.05ppm.The recovery for 1.00ppm samples was 0.95±0.09ppm(n=10).
