摘要
用等离子弧扫描涂覆涂料的金属表面 ,形成了含有陶瓷相的熔覆层 ,借助金相显微镜、电子探针、透射电镜等分析测试了涂层中组织和陶瓷相的行为。陶瓷相在熔覆层中部聚集。在弧光等离子体高温作用下 ,陶瓷相TiC溶解、溃散及随后冷却时细小陶瓷相析出 ,析出的TiC呈纳米量级 ,且TiC中存在反相畴 ,称之为“等离子辐照反相畴” ,这是由等离子扫描的高能输入决定的。陶瓷相与基体之间形成新相 ,如FeTi、Fe2
A cladding containing ceramic material layer was formed on the metal surface by scanning arc.Microstructrue and behavior of ceramic phase were analyzed by metallograph and electron probe and TEM.Ceram phase accumulates in centre portion of cladding.It can be seen that ceram melts partly and scatters and precipitates tiny ceramic phases under the action of high temperature by arc plasma,precipitated TiC presens namometer magnitude,and antiphase domain exsits in cladding,which is called plasma irradiation induced antiphase domain.New phases form between ceram phase and matrix,for example FeTi and Fe 2Ti.
