摘要
翼子板零件作为大型汽车覆盖件零件 ,在模具设计、制造中有很多值得我们去思考和注意的问题。如怎样评价成形难易程度 ,如何更好地在工艺和模具设计阶段就对模具调试过程中出现的问题予以预测 ,从而加快模具的生产周期。应用FEA技术及SCT技术 ,分析并讨论了翼子板零件的成形工艺以及模具的调试情况。
As one of the major out panel of automotive, the front side panel, in its die design and manufacturing process exists many problems, such as how to evaluate the forming severity and pre find and solve the possible problems encountered in the die trouble shooting process. The pre considering of these problems in detail may help shortening the manufacturing period of die. In this paper, the FEA and SCT technologies are used to investigate the process design and the trouble shooting of the die try out.
