范氏曲线对色谱变数的定性、定量评价是十分有用的。Sandra和Ettre已报道了内径为0.32mm特厚液膜毛细管柱的H-(?)曲线。但对内径大于0.53mm的特厚液膜毛细管柱,用不同载气实测的H-(?)曲线,未见详细报道。为了便于选择此种毛细管柱的最佳操作条件。

The effects of the different carrier gas (Ar,N2,and H2) for the practical and theoretical H-u curves on a 16m long capillary column with 0.6mm i.d.and a 4.8μm film were compared.The trends of both practical and theoretical H-u curves are very similar.The computer,reconstructed H-u curves which illustrate the contribution of the different terms of the van Deemter equation are generated by computer.The factors on height eguivalent to a theoretical plate are discussed.
