A New β-Cyclodextrin Derivative as a Chiral Stationary Phase for the Efficient Gas Chromatographic Separation of Enantiomers

摘要 一种新的气相色谱手性周定相——2,6-O-二戊基-3-O-三氟乙酰基-β-环糊精合成并用于分离手性化合物的对映体。对一百余个手性化合物的分离结果显示,它是一种适合于较低温度使用的、手性分离选择性好的固定相。当柱温不高于150℃时,柱的稳定性和分离的重复性均较好。 A new cyclodextrin derivative-2,6-di-O -pentyl-3-O-trilluoroacctyl β-cyclodextrin was synthesized and used as a chiral stationary phase in capillary GC separation of enantiomers.Over one hundred chiral compounds were separated with this stationary phase.The experimental re-suits indicatie that this chiral- stationary phase is more effective than other cyclodextrin derivatives which so far have been reported as chiral static nary phase for GC.It is suitable for enantiomcric separation of various polar or weakly polar compounds.such as halohydrocarbons,alcohols,polyols,amines,amino alcohols,epoxides,pyrans,furans,bicyclic compounds,carhonyl compounds,lactoncs,and so on.The reproduciblility and stability of this stationay phase are good provided it is used properly.
