Study on the Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil of the Flower of Robinia Pseudoacacia

洋槐(Robinia Pseudoacacia L.)又名刺槐,属豆科,系落叶乔木植物。在我国主要分布于铁岭以南至长江流域。常引种作行道树或庭园观赏树。北美、欧洲、非洲、日本等地均有栽培。洋槐的嫩叶、花蕾可食,茎皮、根、叶入药,有利尿、止血之功效,主治便血、咯血和吐血。

The chemical constituents of the essential oil of the flower of Robinia Pseudoacacia L.have been analysed by GC / MS.40 components have been identified and were given in this paper.The majority of them is monoterpenoids.In addition,there are sesquiterpenes too.The total ionchromatogram was enhanced by the Biller-Beimann technique.Trace components after enhancement showed much higher resolution of peaks,therefore the fit values of library searching for peaks,therefore the fit values of library searching for some components increased.The technique is useful especially for the Mentication of small peaks which are close to the large ones.
