摘要
本文采用系统分析的方法，把学报及与学报紧密相关的各种系统性因素作为一个完整的学报系统进行研究，揭示了科学精神在实现学报健康发展的多种综合性因素中，作为社会的和个人的最根本的、内在深层的动因而发展着不可替代的重要作用。
Through analyzing systematically, this article considers Academic Journal and other relevant factors as an united and intact system of Academic Journal, which indicates that scientific spiritual factor plays an unique role as a basic, internal and deepest motive power of individual and society to guarantee Academic Journal's healthy development.
