A Novel Qualitative Method with Gas Chromatography/Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry Aided by Kovats Retention Index

本文报道了Kovats保留指数辅助红外光谱并结合一些知识规则进行综合二维检索的方法,详细地叙述了二维检索排序参数的计算,并介绍这一方法在Nicolet GC/FTIR仪器系统上计算机实现等方面的工作。程序采用Fortran-77编写。

A comprehensive two-dimensional library search method with IR spectra aided by Kovats retention index in GC / FTIR has been established.Some rules used in this method are presented.The principle of calculation of some parameters in library search is introduced in detail.This work was accomplished with Nicolet GC/FT1R instrumental system.FORTRAN-77 was used as the language in the software.
