Study on a Porous Silica Microsphere Packing for High Performance Gel Permeation Chromatography

本文介绍了一种新研制的硅质球形凝胶渗透色谱填料。该种填料孔容大,拄效高,分离范围广,使用寿命长。介绍了该种填料的物性、分辨效率、桂子的分离范围以及该填料与国外同类型填料对比情况。用该种填料的GPC柱分析了聚异丁烯、聚硅氧烷、聚醚、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯三元共聚物,都得到了满意的结果。

This paper presents a new porous silica microsphere packing for gel permeation chromatography (GPC).The packing possesses large specific pore volume,high column efficiency,wide separation range of molecular weight and long life time.Characteristics and resolution factor of this packing,and the separation range of the column are introduced.The comparisons of this packing with Lichrospher and PSM were made.The polyisobutylene,polysiloxane,polyether and the ternary copolymer of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-acrylate were analysed with GPC column of the packing.The results obtained were satisfactory.
