摘要
本文利用我们自行研制的径向离子交换色谱柱,对人血浆成分、登革病毒单克隆抗体及基因工 程产物A蛋白及人白介素-2进行了分离纯化。结果表明,以上目标产品均可得到有效的分离,它在流速、处理量方面均优于传统的色谱方法。由于其体积小,易于放大,不失为一种理想的生物工程产品中试至生产规模的初级分离纯化方法。
This report describes a new bioseparation column produced by us which is made by spirally wrapping the ion exchange membrane around a perforated central core.The column is also called radial flow column.Performance of the column was evaluated by using human plasma fractions,monoclone antibody,recombinant bacterial protein A and human interleukin-2 as target products.The results indicate that for these products the separation and recovery are satisfactory.This separation method has a high flowrate and high capacity and it's necessary for biotech companies to scale-up the technique from laboratory purifications 10 full production.
