摘要
不同的时代对人才的看法和观点不同,新经济时代人才的价值得到前所未有的提升,相对于资本而言显得更为稀缺,出现人才雇佣资本的新现象。组织要想不断创新并拥有竞争优势就必须创造良好的文化氛围吸引人才。应创建一种以正确的人才观为基础,以吸引留用高素质人才为目的,以创新激励、协作共享和心理契约为特征的组织文化。
The thesis presents that Views on talents differ with the changes of times.The Value of talents in the era of new economy has risen unprecedentedly.Compared with capitals,talents seem to be more scarce,and have more characteristics,such as special,initiative,independent,mobility and innovatory. A new organization culture should base on right views of talents,should be by the characteristics of innovatory encouragement, corporation share and psychological contract.
