本文通过对支付系统发展阶段的分析 ,结合我国支付系统发展过程目前所处的位置 ,研究了我国支付系统建设中要注意的问题 ,对我国支付系统的风险识别、预测和控制等风险管理问题具有积极的作用。

This paper examines the different stage of payment system development in worldwide and assesses the different risk characteristics in different stage. From the viewpoint of payment system development we give our valuation of current situation of China's payment system. Some policy suggestions are given for reference.
