在正常状态下,每种生物体内脂肪酸的种类和含量均处于固有平衡状态,这是衡量该生物体是否正常的特征指标之一。而生物体一旦受到病原体侵袭,则会破坏上述平衡。原则上讲,不同病原体可导致不同的变化。
The compositions of fatty acids in mouse and guinea-pig tissues, such as, heart, liver, spleeen, lung , kidney, brain, testis and blood were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The chromatogram including .about 20 components was obtained in 4h. with 5-10mg sample. The primarily identified straight-chain saturates fatty acids were C12:0, C14:0, Cl5:0, C16:0,C17:0, C28:0,C20:0,C22:0 and C24:0,and the unsaturated fatty acids were C16:1,C18:1,C18:2,C20:4,C20:3.C20:2 ,and C20:1 Someof the peaks in chromatogram are not identified yet. Five characteristic values are established on the basis of the quantitative data of the known fatty acids. They are the characteristic mark of the different tissues . Thus, a rapid, sensitive and microbiochemical method is presented for the study on pathology, physiology, biochemistry and molecular-biology.
