摘要 汞化合物对环境造成的污染影响人类的健康已众所周知。汞的毒性与其存在的化学形态有关,对于生物的危害程度有很大的差异。其中以甲基汞的毒性最为严重。因此建立快速、灵敏的汞的形态分析方法十分必要。气相色谱法用电子捕获检测器(ECD) A method for the determination of trace amounts of organomercury compounds in biological samples has been developed by using capillary gas chromatography-atomic absorption spectrometry. The extraction of organomercury compounds from biological samples by the use of copper sulfate and a mixed solution of potassium bromide and sulfuric acid was simple and rapid. The organomercurials in benzene extract can be well separated on an OV- 17 WCOT glass column and cracked in a stainless steel pyrolyser. The resulting elemental mercury was detected by atomic absorption spectrometer at 253. 6nm. The detection limits for organomercury compounds were about 1 ×10-10g mercury and 2 × 10-8g methylmercury per g of sample. Various types of biological samples were analysed satisfactorily by using this procedure.
