摘要
生物样品(蛋白质水解液、血浆中色素)及微量元素锌(zn)对氨基酸分析均有不同程度的影响。Ito和wunderly等人先后的研究结果证实了活性炭对氨基酸具有吸附性,故不能用于氨基酸样品的预处理。为了适应蛋白质氨基酸研究的需要。
Sep Pak C18 column was used as pre-column- in amino acid analysis. It was found that this pretreatment was effective in removing pigments from amino acid hydrolysates and its adsorption power to zinc was strong. The pretreatment has no adverse effects on the determination of amino acid content in biological samples.
