PET/PBT共混效应研究

INVESTIGATIONS ON THE CO-MIXING EFFEC TOF PET/PBT BLNED

应用X光衍射,DSC、红外光谱等测试方法对不同配比的PET/PBT共混物的共混效应进行探讨,从相容性能、结晶性、形态和成核机理等方面找到了一些规律,认为PET纤维通过PBT共混后能使其性能得到明显的改善,而PBT纤维通过PET或改性PET共混既可改善其性能,又可降低成本。

By means of X-ray diffaraction, DSC and IR spectroscopy, investigations have been made on the co-mixing effect of PET/PBT in different ratios, a few regularities have been obtained on the compatibility, crystallinity, morphology and nucleation theory etc. it is considered that the properties of both PET and PBT fiber can be improved obviously through co-mixing with each other in addit-on to the cost reduction of PBT fiber.
