摘要
目的探讨心理护理在老年住院患者躯体疾病康复中的作用。方法老年住院患者 6 0例随机分为 2组。治疗组采用常规药物治疗和心理护理 ;对照组采用常规药物治疗。连续观察 4周 ,分别进行全面量化测定。结果 2组治疗前后 MOSES、 SDSS、 ADL、 HAMD、 HAMA总分经统计学处理 t检验 ,差异有显著性。
Objective To investigate the role of psychological care in the rehabilitation of the aged in patients with somatopathy. Methods Sixty aged in patients were randomly divided into treated group receiving psychological care for 4 weeks besides routine treatments and control group receiving routine treatments only. Results There was a statistically difference in MOSES, SDSS, ADL, HAMD and HAMA scores in the treated group before and after treatments. Conclusion Psychological care could promote the rehabilitation of the aged patients and improve the living quality.
