胬肉切除结膜自体移植和羊膜移植的疗效

An effective of conjunctival awtografts and amniotic membrane grafts for pterygium exciaion

目的 :研究的目的是胬肉切除后羊膜移植是否能替代结膜自体移植。方法 :我们对 13例 (13眼 )原发性胬肉和 1眼复发性胬肉施行胬肉切除及结膜自体移植术。另外 1眼原发性胬肉和 5例 (5眼 )复发性胬肉施行胬肉切除及羊膜移植术。所有患者术后随访 12～ 18个月 ,平均 14个月。结果 :结膜自体移植组 14眼手术成功 ,随访期间无 1例复发。羊膜移植组 2眼复发 ,1眼羊膜溶解。结论 :羊膜移植可用于胬肉切除术 ,但有减低复发率方面 。

Purpose:The purpose of the study is to deteraine whether amniotic membrane can be used as an alterative to conjunetive autograft after pterygium excision Mothod:We consecutively performed excision of pterygia follwed by conjuncitval autografts in 13 cases (13 eyes) with primary pterygia and 1 eye with recurrent pterygia Amniotie membrane transplantation was performed in 1 eye with primary pterygia and 5 cases (5 eyes)with recurrent pterygia after ptergium excision.All the patients were followed up for 12～18 months(mean,12months). Results:14 eyes showed successful without recurrence in conjunctival autografts group,In amniotic membrane transplantation group,2 cases (2 eyes)was recurrence 1 case (1 eye)showed melt of amniotic membrane Conclusion:The amniiotic memvrane can be used as agraft after pteryium excision ,but the amniotic membrane grafts are less proficient than are conjunctival autografts in reducing recurrences after pterygial excision.
