摘要
观察活血益肾排浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)的疗效 ,针对现代医学研究认为肾内凝血是促使肾功能进行性减退的主要原因之一 ,采用中药活血为主 ,益肾排浊为辅治疗CRF 38例 ,经 2个以上疗程 (4个月 )治疗 ,结果 :显效 13例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 10例 ,总有效率 73 68% ,实验室指标观察以内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)改善较明显 (P <0 0 1) ,尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)亦下降 (P <0 0 5 )。提示活血益肾排浊法既能改善肾内微循环以延缓肾单位纤维化 ,又能排除体内肾毒素而缓解病情。
To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Blood-Activating,Kidney-Nourishing and Turbidity-Discharging' therapy for chronic renal failure (CRF),corresponding Chinese herbs were used to treat 38 cases of CRF.After 2-month treatment,results showed marked effect in 13 cases,effectiveness in 15 cases,failure in 10 cases,and the total effective rate being 73 68%;the creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) increased obviously ( P <0 01),BUN and Cr decreased ( P <0 05).It is revealed that this therapy could improve the renal microcirculation,delay the renal fibrosis and remove the nephrotoxin.
