摘要
基于氧化 /抗氧化失衡在支气管哮喘发病中的作用 ,对近年来天然抗氧化剂茶色素 (TP)治疗支气管哮喘的国内外文献作了回顾分析。结果显示 :TP能调节氧化 /抗氧化系统的平衡 ,清除氧自由基 ,提高抗氧化酶SOD活力 ,对抗自由基对血管内皮的损伤 ,改善微循环 ,减少支气管黏膜的渗出 ,对治疗哮喘有良好的辅助作用 ,且无任何毒副作用。
This paper retrospectively analyzes the role of the tea pigment(TP),an antioxidant,in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Results show that TP can regulate the balance between oxidation and antioxidation,scavenge the free radicals,increase the SOD activities,fight the hemangioendothelial injury,improve micro-circulation and reduce the effusion in bronchus,without any negative effects.
