摘要
目的 :应用血清中心肌特异性肌钙蛋白T(CTnT)测定对维持血透病人的心衰进行临床分析。方法 :心衰组 31例 ,对照组 36例 ,血透前用酶联免疫法测定CTnT。结果 :心衰组 (阳性率为 71% ,明显高于对照组 (阳性率 14% )。结论 :CTnT测定对判断血透病人的心功能和防治心衰有一定的临床意义。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of CTnT in heart failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: The patients were divided into two groups, the heart failure group included 31patients and the control group included 36 patients. Serum CTnT was determined by cardiac reader automatic enzyme immune analysis instrument before hemodialysis. Results:The positive rate was 71% in heart failure group and 14% in control group. The positive rate of the heart failure group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:The concentration of CTnT in blood serum is of important significance to judge the cardiac function and prevent the heart failure in hemodialysis patients
